Glow & Thread wants everyone to be able to browse our services and book with us. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and test this site with automated tools and by hand.
What we've done. Text and buttons meet AA color contrast; images and videos have text descriptions; videos with speech have captions; the whole site, including menus, tabs and the photo viewer, works with a keyboard, with a “Skip to content” link; looping videos can be paused; and the site respects your device's “reduce motion” setting. We test with automated checks and by hand, on desktop and mobile.
Known limitations. Online booking is handled by Square, and maps and social videos come from Google, Instagram and TikTok. We don't control the accessibility of those third-party pages.
This statement is our good-faith commitment. It isn't a guarantee that every page or third-party service will be fully accessible at all times.
